By using UmmahSphere (the website and services), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Use of the service

UmmahSphere is provided for community and mahalla management. You must use it only for lawful purposes and in line with your role (e.g. public registration, or admin duties if you are an administrator). You must not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the system or other users’ data.

3. Registration and accuracy of data

When you register yourself or your household, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Administrators are responsible for the accuracy of data they enter or manage within their scope.

4. Intellectual property

UmmahSphere and its branding are protected. The platform is powered by Infora Tech. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the software or branding without permission.

5. Limitation of liability

UmmahSphere is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
